WELCOME!!!
Hi! I'm Brian. When I created my practice, I wanted it to be a place where my clients could speak freely without judgment, feel supported, and explore what they’ve been carrying with honesty and safety. Whether you’re facing long‑standing pain, recent challenges, or emotions you’ve avoided for years, this is a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone.
Confidentiality, reflection, and genuine growth guide the work we do together. My role is to walk with you as you move toward healing, clarity, and renewal.
What You Can Expect
I offer flexible evening and weekend appointments to make care more accessible for your schedule. My office is designed as a calming, sensory‑friendly space—warm hues, soft lighting, and gentle aromatherapy create an environment that supports emotional regulation and deeper therapeutic processing.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional disconnection, grief, communication difficulties, substance use, men’s concerns, and significant life transitions such as marriage, divorce, and parenting stress. My work centers on helping you understand the emotional and relational patterns shaped by the less‑recognized parts of yourself, offering grounded support throughout your therapeutic process.
I also help those preparing for marriage gain clarity about their own patterns before entering a long‑term partnership, and I support married couples in crisis as they consider how to move forward. In both areas, we focus on the attachment needs and internal parts that influence communication, conflict, and emotional connection.
How I Work
My approach is attachment‑based and parts‑informed, helping you understand the internal dynamics behind anxiety, shutdowns, and repeated emotional patterns. As your protective, critical, and vulnerable parts feel understood, anxiety softens and you gain more room to respond—not just react—in your daily life and relationships.
My Hope for You
My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, encouraged, and more connected to your authentic self. Your past doesn’t have to define your future—it can become part of your strength. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, understand where it comes from, and build the tools you need to move forward with clarity, grounding, and confidence.
I look forward to working with you,
Brian
